Is there a free trial?
Yes. 7 days free on every plan, including Team. You get full access to everything the plan includes during the trial.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You add a card to start your 7 days. You are not charged until day 7, and we email you 3 days before. Cancel in one click from your Account page and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a limit on how much Allen does?
Each plan comes with a monthly credit pool: 750 on Basic, 2,500 on Professional, and 2,500 for each of the 3 seats on Team. Every day Autopilot runs draws on that pool, and so does each comment the Chrome extension writes for you. Basic covers three days a week, Professional covers every weekday with room for extra manual searches. If you ever run out, you can buy extra credits that never expire.
Is Autopilot included?
Yes, on every plan. Autopilot is the product. Turn it on from the Autopilot page, pick the days and 3, 5, or 10 comments a day, and Allen comments for you through LinkedIn's official API. Basic has the credits for three days a week, Professional for every weekday. You get the plan by email first and can remove any comment or pause any time.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. The Team plan is $197/month for 3 seats, which is less than 3 Professional accounts bought separately. Everyone gets their own LinkedIn connection, their own voice and their own full credit allowance, inside one shared workspace where an owner or admin can review a teammate's comments before they post. It is one invoice. Contact us if you need more than 3 seats.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal on your Account page. Moving up takes effect straight away and Stripe prorates the difference. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep the credits you have already paid for until then.
What does 'voice training' mean?
You paste your bio, pick style tags, and share example comments you've written. Allen learns your tone and uses it for every comment and every DM it drafts. It improves as you rate and edit over time. Most users say it sounds like them within the first week.
Does Allen send the DMs too?
No. LinkedIn doesn't allow tools to send messages on your behalf. Allen drafts the DM in your voice for everyone who replies, and you copy it and press send.
