Team workspaces: inviting people, roles and approvals
On the Team plan, bring up to three people into one workspace. Each has their own LinkedIn, voice and credits. Owners and admins can review comments before they post.

What a workspace is
One place for a small team using Allen. Everyone keeps their own account: their own LinkedIn connection, their own voice training, their own audiences and their own credit pool. The workspace adds shared visibility and, if you want it, a review step.
Inviting people
Open Team under Setup. Press Invite, enter their email, and Allen emails them a link that works for seven days. They sign in with their own account and connect their own LinkedIn. Team covers three seats including you; book a call for more.
Roles
- Owner: billing, invites, removal, and everything admins can do.
- Admin: can review and approve teammates' comments and posts, and see the overview.
- Member: uses Allen normally within the workspace.
Approvals
Turn on approvals for a member and their comments wait for an owner or admin to approve before posting. The Approvals section lists what is waiting; approve or send it back with a note. Useful when someone is new, or when the account is a senior person's and an assistant drafts.
Overview
The overview table shows how active each person has been: comments, replies and pipeline, so a manager can see the whole team's LinkedIn effort in one place.
Leaving or removing
Members can leave from the Team page. Owners and admins can remove a member, who loses workspace access right away but keeps their own account.
