Upgrading, downgrading or pausing your plan
Upgrades apply right away with the difference prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. You can also pause for 30 days.

Upgrading
Open your Account page and press Manage Subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can switch to a bigger plan. The change applies immediately, Stripe charges the prorated difference, and your credit pool grows right away.
Downgrading
Pick the smaller plan in the same portal. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for until then. Moving from Professional to Basic is also offered as a one-click option when you start the cancel flow on your Account page.
Pausing
If you need a break, start the cancel flow on your Account page and choose Pause instead. Your subscription pauses for 30 days, you are not charged during the pause, and it resumes on its own afterwards. You can resume early from your Account page. Autopilot stops while paused.
Team
Moving to Team, or adding seats beyond three, goes through us. Book a call or email support@tryallen.ai and we will set up the workspace and billing.
Updating your card
Also in the billing portal under Manage Subscription. Receipts and invoices are there too.
