What Allen stores, and what it never has
Your name, email, LinkedIn ID and photo, the posting permission (encrypted), your voice training, and the comments and leads Allen produced. Never your LinkedIn password.

What Allen keeps
- Your account: name, email, and password hash (or Google sign-in).
- Your LinkedIn connection: your LinkedIn member ID, name, photo, and the posting permission LinkedIn issued, stored encrypted.
- What you teach it: bio, examples, rules, audiences, keywords, watchlist.
- What it produces: comments, searches, posts, replies, your pipeline, Analytics.
- Billing details live with Stripe, not with us. We see the card's last four digits and expiry, nothing more.
- CRM credentials you connect, stored encrypted.
What Allen never has
- Your LinkedIn password. You sign in on LinkedIn's own page and Allen receives only a limited permission.
- Your LinkedIn messages, connections list, or feed. Allen does not read your account.
- Anything from your browser beyond the one post you click with the extension.
Who we share with
Only the providers that run Allen: hosting and database, AI writing providers, the data providers that supply public posts, email delivery, payment processing, error logging, and the CRMs you choose to connect. Our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your data. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and up to 12 months after it closes in case you return. Billing records are kept for seven years as tax law requires. Delete your account from your Account page to remove your data sooner.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion are available to everyone, not only where the law requires it. Email support@tryallen.ai. The full Privacy Policy is at tryallen.ai/privacy.
