Comments are not generating or the run did not finish
What each run error means and the fix for it, from a brief hiccup to a session that needs a fresh sign-in.

"Allen is still working on this run"
A search takes one to two minutes. Posts appear as soon as they are ready. If it has been more than five minutes, refresh the page; the run usually finished in the background.
"The LinkedIn search came back empty this time"
A brief hiccup on the data side. Wait a minute and run again. If it keeps happening, your keywords may be too narrow; see the empty-search article.
"Search is paused on our side for a few minutes. Your run restarts automatically."
Allen's data provider is briefly rate-limited. Nothing to do; the run restarts by itself.
"Allen hit a snag. Wait a minute and run again."
A one-off error. One retry almost always fixes it. If it happens three times in a row, use the Feedback button and tell us the time.
"Allen needs keywords to search for"
Your audience has no job titles and no keywords, so there is nothing to search. Open Prospects and add at least one job title or keyword.
"Your session expired"
Sign out, sign back in, and run again.
"Today's searches are used up"
There is a daily cap on manual searches so a mistake cannot drain a month of credits. More unlock at midnight UTC. Autopilot's morning run is separate.
"No Credits Left This Month"
Your pool is used up. Wait for your reset date or add a pack from your Account page.
Autopilot ran but nothing is on Today
Check the morning email. "Nothing to post today" means the search found no posts that passed Autopilot's checks. Run a manual search with "talking about anything" to see what is out there.
Comments generate but Post does nothing
Your LinkedIn connection has probably expired. Open Settings, Integrations and reconnect, then try again. Copy works in the meantime.
