Connecting your CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Monday, TaxDome
Connect once under Settings, Integrations. Every lead on your Pipeline gets a Send to button that creates the contact and attaches the comment and reply.

What gets sent
The person's name, headline, LinkedIn URL and company, plus a note containing your comment and their reply. Allen sends people who replied to you, not everyone you commented on, so your CRM fills with real conversations.
How to connect
Open Settings, Integrations and choose your CRM:
- HubSpot: press Connect and approve in HubSpot. Works on every HubSpot plan, including free. Creates or updates the contact and adds an engagement note.
- Salesforce: press Connect and approve in Salesforce. Adds each person as a Lead with the note attached.
- Monday.com: press Connect and approve. Allen creates an "Allen Leads" board in your workspace and adds each lead as an item.
- Pipedrive: paste your Pipedrive API token (found in Pipedrive under Personal preferences, API).
- GoHighLevel: paste a location-level Private Integration token that has the Contacts scope. An agency-level token will not work.
- TaxDome: TaxDome has no public API, so Allen connects through a Zapier Catch Hook. The Integrations page walks you through the three-minute setup, and Allen sends a sample lead so Zapier can show you the fields.
Sending a lead
On the Pipeline board, open any lead and press Send to HubSpot (or your CRM). Sending the same person again updates them rather than creating a duplicate where the CRM supports it.
Disconnecting
Press Disconnect next to the CRM. Allen deletes the stored credentials. Leads already sent stay in your CRM.
