The Pipeline board: stages, labels, deal values and CRM push
Drag leads from Replied to Won, rename stages, set deal values, add leads by hand, and push anyone to your CRM in one click.

Pipeline, under Leads in the sidebar, is a simple board for the conversations your comments start.
Stages
The default columns are Replied, DM sent, In conversation, Call booked, Won and Lost. Drag a card to move it. You can rename stages and add your own, up to eight. Replied, Won and Lost can be renamed but not removed, because Allen uses them.
Labels and values
Each lead carries a Hot, Warm or Cold label you can change, and a deal value. Analytics adds up the deal values in your pipeline so you can see what your commenting is worth.
Lead details
Open a card to see their headline, company and location, your comment, their reply, and a link to the thread. Press "Fill in from LinkedIn" to pull headline, company and location from their profile.
Adding a lead by hand
Press Add a lead and paste a LinkedIn profile URL. Use it for people who messaged you directly, or anyone you want to track.
Pushing to your CRM
If you have connected HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Monday.com or TaxDome under Settings, Integrations, every card gets a Send to button. Allen creates or updates the contact and attaches the comment and reply as a note, so your team sees the story, not just a name.
Other tabs
- Engaged with you: people who reacted to or commented on your own posts, scored against your audience, ready to add to the pipeline or watchlist.
- Outreach: a place to draft and keep track of connection notes and DMs you send yourself.
