Reply alerts and drafted DMs
Allen checks your comments for replies, emails you when someone answers, and drafts a DM in your voice that picks up where the comment left off.

A comment is a hello. The reply is the conversation. Allen makes sure you never miss one.
How replies are found
Allen checks the threads under your posted comments a couple of times a day. It does not read anything through your LinkedIn account; it looks at the public comment thread, the same way anyone could.
The email
When someone replies, you get an email with their name, what they said, and a link to the thread on LinkedIn. If several people reply around the same time, Allen bundles them into one email so your inbox stays calm.
The Pipeline
Everyone who replies lands on your Pipeline board in the Replied column with a Hot, Warm or Cold label, their profile, your comment, and their reply.
The drafted DM
Open the lead and press Draft DM. Allen writes a message in your voice that continues the conversation from the thread. Edit it if you like, copy it, open LinkedIn, and send it. LinkedIn does not allow tools to send messages for you, and that protects your account, so this last step is always yours.
Replies from the Chrome extension
Comments you post through the extension are tracked for replies too, as long as you were signed in to Allen when you posted.
Likes and other reactions
Allen only treats actual replies as signals. A like on your comment does not create a lead, because it does not give you anything to say back.
