How the free trial works
Seven days, full access, card required, nothing charged until day seven. You get an email three days before, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

The basics
- Seven days free with full access to everything in the plan.
- You add a card to start. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- Three days before the end you get an email saying when the first charge will happen.
- Cancel from your Account page any time before then and you pay nothing.
Why a card is required
So that day eight is seamless for the people Allen is working for, and so trial accounts are real people. If you would rather not add a card, book a demo and we will show you Allen live instead.
"I can't do anything, it keeps asking me to upgrade"
That means the card step was never finished, so the trial has not started. Open your Account page and complete the trial start. Full access unlocks immediately. If you did add a card and still see upgrade prompts, sign out and back in; if it persists, email support@tryallen.ai and we will look at your account.
"If I pay now, do I get more features?"
No. The trial already includes every feature on the plan. Paying early simply starts your billing sooner, so there is no reason to.
Can I extend my trial?
If you have not had a fair chance to try Allen, for example because of a problem on our side, write to support@tryallen.ai before the trial ends and tell us what happened. We are reasonable about it. Booking a setup call also adds 1,000 credits to your account after the call.
One trial per customer
A second account or a cancel-and-resubscribe does not start a new trial.
