How credits work
Your plan gives you a pool of credits each month. Searches, Autopilot runs, extension comments and post drafting draw from it. Extra packs never expire.

Credits are the simple way to see how much of Allen you have left this month without counting runs, comments and posts separately.
What uses credits
- Each search Allen runs, whether you pressed Run or Autopilot started it that morning. This is where most credits go.
- Each comment the Chrome extension writes for you.
- Drafting, improving and generating first lines for your own posts, and building a carousel.
- Lead searches on the Connections page, and checking who engaged with one of your posts.
Posting a comment or publishing a post is free. Editing, rating and reading cost nothing.
What does not use credits
Rewrites on Today have their own daily allowance (10 full rewrites a day) and do not touch your pool.
How much is enough
Professional's 2,500 credits cover Autopilot every weekday with room left for extra searches and extension comments. Basic's 750 cover three days a week. The badge at the top right of your dashboard shows what is left.
Reset and roll-over
Your pool refills on your billing date each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Extra credits
Buy a pack of 500 or 1,000 from your Account page or from the credits badge. Pack credits never expire while your account is open and are only spent once your monthly pool is gone, so they are never wasted. Credits added after a setup call work the same way.
When you hit zero
Searches and Autopilot pause until your reset date or until you add a pack. Your pipeline, history and everything else stay available. Autopilot emails you when it pauses for credits and resumes when you add some.
