Using Allen on your phone and the desktop apps
Allen works in any browser on your phone. There are also mobile and desktop apps, with one difference: purchases happen on the website.

On a phone browser
Open tryallen.ai in Safari or Chrome on your phone and sign in. Everything works: Today, Autopilot, Pipeline, Posts. Posting a comment from your phone is a tap, and the morning email's links open straight into the right place.
The apps
Allen also ships as an app for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. They are the same Allen in a native wrapper, kept in step with the website.
Two things are different inside the apps:
- Sign in with email and password. The Google button is hidden in the apps, so if you signed up with Google, set a password on your Account page first.
- Starting a subscription, buying credits and cancelling happen on the website. The apps open your Account page in a browser for those steps. This is an app store rule, not an Allen one.
The Chrome extension on mobile
Browser extensions do not run on phones or inside the apps. Use Today and Autopilot on mobile, and the extension on your computer.
"It doesn't work on my iPhone"
Sign out and back in, and make sure your subscription or trial is active on your Account page. If you see upgrade prompts even though you have paid, that is something for us to fix: email support@tryallen.ai.
