What good looks like: your first 30 days
A week-by-week picture of a healthy account so you know whether Allen is working, what to check if it is not, and when to judge it.

Allen compounds, which means the first week understates what it does and the first month is the fair test. Here is the shape of a healthy account.
Week 1: it sounds like you
- Autopilot is on, five a day, weekdays.
- You remove or edit a few comments from the morning email early in the week, and almost none by Friday.
- Comments are landing on your buyers, not your peers. If not, fix job titles and skip lists now; nothing else matters until this is right.
- Replies: maybe one, maybe none. That is normal.
Week 2: the first conversations
- 20 to 25 comments posted so far.
- The first reply email or two. You answer with the drafted DM the same day.
- A few profile views and connection requests from people you commented on, which you will see on LinkedIn rather than in Allen.
- You put your top prospects on the watchlist.
Week 3: names start repeating
- The same people are seeing you for the second and third time. Replies pick up.
- Pipeline has a handful of cards. One or two have moved to In conversation.
- Analytics shows which tone gets replies for your audience; you lean into it.
Week 4: the first real outcome
- A call booked, a referral, or a prospect who says "I keep seeing your comments". Not everyone gets this in month one, but most who kept the setup right do.
- Your removal rate from the morning email is near zero.
- You are spending about ten minutes a day.
Numbers to glance at on Analytics
- Comments posted: should be climbing steadily, about 25 a week on five a day.
- Replies received: a few a week by week three is healthy. Zero by week three means the audience is wrong.
- Pipeline value: your own estimate of what the conversations are worth. This is the number to judge Allen by.
What is not a signal
A single day with one comment. A post that got no reply. A comment you would have written differently. Those are noise. The signal is whether, after four weeks of weekdays, people in your market know your name.
