What turns a comment into a conversation
Replies come from specific, useful comments on fresh posts from the right people, followed by a DM the same day. Each of those is a setting or a habit.

A comment that gets a reply does four things. Allen can do three of them; the fourth is yours.
1. It lands on the right person
Someone who could become a customer, or who talks to your customers. This is your audience under Prospects. If replies are coming from peers and vendors instead of buyers, fix the job titles and skip lists first. No amount of better writing fixes the wrong audience.
2. It lands early
The first few comments on a post get read by the author and by everyone who comes after. Autopilot searches each morning and prefers fresh posts, so leave the search time early in the day. Watchlist people get checked every run, so the people you most want to reach get your earliest comments.
3. It says one specific thing
Agreeing is forgettable. The comments that get replies add a fact, share a short example, ask a real question, or push back gently. Under Train Allen, set the tone mix so Autopilot spreads those across the day. Analytics shows replies by tone once you have a few posted comments, so you can see which angle works for your audience and lean into it. Avoid setting the goal to "show expertise" on every comment; a question gets more replies than a lecture.
4. You follow up the same day
This is the part only you can do. When Allen emails you a reply, send the DM that day. Allen drafts it so the message picks up where the comment left off, which is the difference between "thanks for the reply, want to hop on a call?" and a real conversation. A reply answered within a day feels like a conversation. A reply answered a week later feels like a sales pitch.
What to expect
Replies are not evenly spread. Most people see a few in the first two weeks, then a steady trickle that grows as the same names keep seeing you. Some posts get ten comments and no reply; that is normal. Judge Allen over a month of weekdays.
If you get no replies after two weeks
In this order: check the audience (are these your buyers?), check the comments (would you reply to them?), check the volume (five a day on weekdays is the minimum that compounds), and check your profile. A great comment sends people to your profile; if the headline does not say who you help, they leave.

Allen is built by a small team and we read every message. Business-day replies usually come within a few hours.
